Quality Guarantee
I want you to be completely satisfied with the quality of the products you order through CapturedByAnique. If you're not happy with the quality of an item, please reach out to me within 30 days of receiving it, and I’ll do everything I can to investigate and find a solution. If sending a replacement isn't feasible or if you can't wait for a new order, just let me know when you get in touch, and I'll provide a full refund including shipping costs.
Return Policy
I don’t currently support returns or provide a return address because the products you order are personalized and made specifically for you. If you’d like to place a new order, you will be responsible for the cost of the new order.
Lost Orders
If a package is lost in transit, please contact me within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. I’ll be happy to send a replacement order on your behalf.
Returned to Sender
If an order is returned to the sender, please place a new order within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and contact me. I’ll report the issue and arrange for the product price to be refunded for the new order. This way, you’ll only need to pay for the shipping costs of the replacement order.
